About the position
The focus is on acquiring property for the company portfolio. The right candidate will be able to have an eye for this kind of investment up to the value of R50m. He/she will identify property investments in the market and either purchase it wholly owned or with another investor. Once identified and there is a possible deal, they have to do due diligence, prepare a report and present it to a number of committees (potentially 3) before it can be approved.
Some experience is required within property investment, as well as an accounting background, some marketing and networking, report writing and an outgoing personality / willing to engage.
Requirements: Degree with Accounts 2 passed
Networking capabilities
Involvement in property investment/ banking/ sales/ marketing
5 years in business investment
Twice a week work from home, once established in the role.
