Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections of properties to gather accurate data.
• Collect and record detailed information about property characteristics and conditions.
• Take photographs and measurements of properties.
• Verify and validate property data.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of property valuation reports.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent observation and recording skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience in property inspection, data collection or related field is an advantage.
