About the position

A Property Investment Group based in the North of Johannesburg is looking for a beautifully presented, and experienced Property Bookkeeper to join their team. There will be 15 Buildings on your portfolio, both Commercial and Retail. You will be reporting into the Director of the organisation and will be responsible for the full accounting function. Due to the nature of the position, previous experience in a property environment is non-negotiable as you will be taking care of Leasing as well as assisting with Tenant queries. You will be working on the MDA ERP System and must have strong excel skills. BCom or relevant tertiary qualification and 2-3 Years' Property Experience Secures.
