About the position

DUR002107– PROJECTS ADMINISTRATOR - (CAPE TOWN)

Purpose of the Job:
To play a vital role in supporting a large sales force with general administration, project management and overall support. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the business and will therefore require multiple strengths.

Position based in: Blouberg Cape Town

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric
  • Tertiary Qualification - advantageous
  • Strong computer skills across all software, especially the Office suite

Technical Competencies & Experience:

  • Updating and maintaining of procurement sheets
  • Preparing and assisting with handover documents for commercial, industrial and agricultural projects
  • Assist the project manager with all ongoing project related requirements
  • Be part of cross functional teams across multiple projects
  • Commercial analysis – data & market share analysis & trends.
  • Participate in general business development

  • Meticulous and thorough with a keen eye for detail
