Project Quality Assurance Officer X5 at Sentech

About the position

The Projects Division invites applications from qualifying and interested candidates to conduct data quality assurance thereby accomplishing stated project objectives. Key processes to be managed within the project include a review of Data Quality issues, provision of measurement criteria, measurement of Data Quality and process performance, and evaluation of measurement results. The position reports to the Programme Manager

Education and Experience:

• Matric, A National Diploma or suitably qualified will be advantageous.
• 2 to 5 years in data management and quality assurance.

The job outputs include the following:

• To be part of the Quality Assurance team and carry out Quality Assurance responsibilities as required for Set Top Box installations.
• To undertake data verification of submitted installation proof of evidence to ensure that the information received is complete, accurate, consistent, and valid.
• Identify issues and gaps by undertaking root cause analysis, then engage relevant stakeholders to remediate issues.
• Complete data cleansing activities by identifying outstanding from proof of evidence.
• Provide and support the development of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports related to quality assurance and performance.
• responsible for managing risks inherent to the role by diligently observing internal policies and procedures.
