About the position
Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Project Manager in Zanzibar.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience
- Proven experience delivering residential or mixed-use developments
- Experience in both timber frame construction and reinforced concrete projects
- Candidates with Professional Registration with PMI or SACPCMP will be preferred
