What you will be doing:

• Coordinate full-lifecycle software and customer implementation projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams (sales, engineering) and external stakeholders (customers, third-party providers), acting as a customer advocate.
• Manage project dependencies and guide the team to ensure the delivery plan is successfully met and to the highest quality.
• Maintain and continuously improve project processes to enhance overall efficiency and success.
• Facilitate and run all necessary project meetings, including status updates and retrospectives.
• Continuously grow your industry knowledge and actively contribute to the ongoing success of the team and the company.

 

What our client is looking for:

• A relevant tertiary degree would be ideal.
• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience on software projects, with a strong background in formal corporate or B2B environments.
• Experience within the Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech industry is highly desirable, combined with a general background in the tech/information technology sector.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, from technical teams to external clients.
• Training in Prince2, PMP, or Agile methodologies is a significant advantage.
• A history of successfully delivering on projects with multiple products and teams in a fast-paced, market-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by excellent organizational and planning abilities.
