The Role: Project Manager
You'll oversee the planning and execution of new store builds and refurbishments. This includes coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-budget project delivery aligned with brand and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store build timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes
- Liaise with contractors, landlords, municipalities, and architects
- Coordinate with internal operations, IT, and brand teams
- Conduct site visits and project inspections
- Ensure regulatory and brand compliance on all projects
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
About You
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction or retail fit-outs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Familiarity with building regulations and QSR layouts
- Deadline-driven and highly organised
