Project Manager (Multi-Disciplinary)

About the position

We’re actively seeking a technically grounded Project Manager with 5–7 years of experience delivering multi-disciplinary engineering projects in the mining or mineral processing sector.
This is a key opportunity to join a high-performance EPCM team executing turnkey process plant solutions — driving projects from early-stage concept development through detailed design,
procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery across:
Process Engineering, Civil & Structural Works, Mechanical , Electrical & Instrumentation Systems and Control & Automation Integration

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the mining industry
• BEng / BSc in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering
• Project Management qualification (advantageous)

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle – from design and procurement to construction & commissioning
• Oversee and integrate multi-disciplinary teams (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
• Plan, schedule & manage budgets, forecasts, quotations & orders
• Ensure compliance with Mine Health & Safety Act & quality control processes
• Client engagement & contract negotiations to ensure smooth project execution
