About the position

Are you a highly organised Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment? An established organisation is looking for a driven professional to coordinate multiple projects, ensure seamless delivery, and keep stakeholders aligned across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple accounts.
• Coordinate campaign and project launches to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate project intake and workflow management.
• Resolve resource and scheduling conflicts with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates and reporting.
• Maintain project management processes, tools, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years' project management experience within an agency, marketing, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience using project management tools such as Asana, [URL Removed] or Jira.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification will be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
