About the position

Exciting career opportunity within a manufacturing company for a Project Manager to manage various projects within the Engineering Solutions division
Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience
• Thorough understanding of the industrial and commercial refrigeration and HVAC industry
• Thorough knowledge of project and contract management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good technical understanding of refrigeration systems and engineering

Responsibilities:

• Manage the contracts and projects
• Manage projects on scope, time and cost
• Manage existing relationships with professional Partners and develop new collaboration opportunities
• Manage contractual responsibilities
• Manage cost as per contractual cost
• Increase project profit with 3%
• Submit monthly projects report
• Manage multiple projects at the same time
• Involved in strategic planning
• Accountable for the commercial performance of the Projects team and the strategy that will ensure short- and long-term sustainability
• Responsible for the day-to-day communication with the Projects team
• Implement regular recurring meetings with the Project team, and manage individuals
• Manage business unit targets, budgeting, reporting and project accounts
