Project Manager

About the position

Our client is looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to help run day-to-day operations and move key projects forward across multiple teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands systems and automation, and can keep teams aligned, organized, and accountable. This is a fully remote position with working hours 09h00 to 17h00 (EST) / 15h00 to 23h00 (SAST).

Key Responsibilities

• Help leadership stay focused on high-level strategy by ensuring operations, projects, and teams stay organized and moving forward efficiently.
• Manage and track projects across multiple teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Organize workflows and project management systems using ClickUp.
• Work within GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage automations, pipelines, and operational processes.
• Monitor emails and communications to ensure important items are addressed and moved forward.
• Coordinate between departments and external partners.
• Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and task assignments.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Ensure leadership priorities are executed efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong experience with ClickUp project management.
• Experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) and automation systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to take initiative and ensure tasks get completed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup or entrepreneurial environment.
• Systems thinker who enjoys building structure and improving workflows.
