My client based in Woodstock is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis.

Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years Project Management experience
- 3+ years managing programmes or multiple interdependent projects
- Proven delivery of Distribution Centre and Warehouse transformation projects (essential)
- Experience delivering Supply Chain and Logistics initiatives
- Retail and/or pharmaceutical sector experience advantageous
- Experience managing third-party vendors and integrators
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification (required)
- Programme Management certification (MSP or equivalent) advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain, Distribution Centre, and Warehouse projects from initiation through closure
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans
- Ensure alignment with PMO methodology, governance, and delivery frameworks
- Monitor milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Drive structured decision-making and escalation processes
- Support and present at Steering Committees and governance forums
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports
- Produce executive dashboards and delivery summaries
- Maintain RAID logs, decision registers, and action trackers
- Ensure transparency of delivery status and timely escalation
- Support project assurance, readiness, and compliance reporting
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
- Support business case validation and benefits tracking
- Coordinate project resource planning and allocation
- Manage third-party vendors and system integrators
- Oversee vendor deliverables and contract obligations
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and delivery forums
- Engage with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders
- Align technology delivery with business priorities
- Support organisational change and adoption activities
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and delivery accountability
- Maintain project records within the PPM tool
- Use collaboration platforms for document control and communication
- Ensure consistent use of PMO templates and delivery standards
- Promote delivery best practices and continuous improvement
