Position Overview
Our client in the banking industry is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project planning, stakeholder management, and driving business outcomes.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives within the Banking industry.
This role requires a proven track record in managing complex projects, driving business cases, and ensuring readiness across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess project impact and readiness for new initiatives.
- Identify barriers and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans.
- Create project management materials and content with specialist input.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements.
- Drive the development and delivery of business cases.
- Manage the impact of project initiatives at business unit level.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 8 years as a Senior Project Manager.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent (NQF7 level).
- Skills: Strong facilitation, planning, and stakeholder management abilities.
