?? About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will manage end-to-end IT projects across Operating Systems, Applications, and Consumer-Facing Technologies—ensuring they align with the organisation’s strategic objectives. You’ll drive projects through the PMO’s defined stages, ensuring flawless documentation, solid planning, and exceptional delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing structure with problem-solving, and who can communicate confidently across the business.

?? What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing multiple technology-driven projects from initiation to closure
• Developing project charters, scopes, PMPs, schedules, and work packages
• Ensuring all projects follow PMO standards and governance
• Coordinating resources across business and technical teams
• Supporting business case development with project owners
• Providing consistent project updates to stakeholders
• Building and maintaining strong vendor and third-party relationships
• Managing budgets, risks, and escalations with urgency and clarity
• Capturing and distributing meeting minutes for audit compliance
• Ensuring all project objectives are delivered on time and within scope

?? What You Bring
Education:

• Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF 7)
• Project management certification or PMP registration (advantageous)

Experience:

• 3–5 years’ experience managing IT or technology-focused projects
• Exposure to full project lifecycle
• Experience with PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, Prince2)
• Scrum Master experience is an advantage
• Strong administrative, scheduling, and documentation capabilities
• Experience working within structured processes and procedures
