In this role, you will:
- Strategize and program pre-contract activities.
- Administer contracts and essential documentation.
- Build and manage high-performing project teams (contractors and consultants).
- Facilitate seamless design, procurement, and construction workflows.
- Execute construction programs with precision and efficiency.
- Foster strong communication within the team and with clients.
- Proactively manage risks to ensure project success.
- Lead productive site and project meetings.
- Coordinate financial tracking, progress updates, and reporting.
- Provide insightful monthly reports to clients.
- Oversee smooth project close-out and handover processes.
We're looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated success in Project Management within the Construction or Consulting sectors (property development exposure advantageous)
- A strong self-starter mentality, a commitment to hard work, and a desire for continuous professional development.
- Competency in Microsoft Office software and general computer applications.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, WinQS) is advantageous
