Project Manager
Our client is seeking a proactive and delivery-focused Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from initiation through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
This role requires a highly organised professional with excellent communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status review sessions.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage project scope changes through appropriate governance processes.
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Manage external vendors and suppliers where applicable.
• Conduct project close-out reviews and capture lessons learned.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Provide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with business and technical teams.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies appropriately.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation and reporting artefacts.
• Track project performance against agreed deliverables.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and action logs.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience
Essential

• 3-6 years of Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Risk, issue, and change management experience.
• Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
• Proficiency in:
• Microsoft Project
• Jira
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile PM, or equivalent).
• Experience managing vendor and supplier relationships.
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Formal Project Management training or certification advantageous.
