About the position
Project Manager
To manage and deliver medium-sized projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery is within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. The Project Manager will oversee projects across a variety of disciplines, aligning project outcomes with overall business strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle: from planning and scope definition to delivery and closure.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Apply Agile methodologies where appropriate, ensuring flexibility, iterative progress, and value-driven delivery.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors/partners for the seamless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks, issues, and changes proactively.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and governance forums on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure effective communication between business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
- Champion and ensure compliance with internal project governance processes and methodologies.
- Support post-implementation reviews and handover to operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering medium-sized cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Solid experience working with Payments, Cash Handling Systems, and Trading environments is highly advantageous.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Microsoft Product Suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Project, etc.) is required.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum Master/Product Owner), or similar project management certifications are preferred.
