About the position

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager Construction to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning through to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Construction Management (BSc Honours), coupled with proven site management and leadership capabilities. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and oversee construction operations on site.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance measures.

Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.

Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.

Report on project progress, risks, and timelines to senior management and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and communication records.

Implement and enforce site safety protocols and standards.

Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualification:
BSc Honours Degree in Construction Management (Essential).

Skills and Competencies:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams
