This includes coordinating internal and external teams, maintaining schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality plans, and overseeing procurement, design, engineering, and delivery. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on spec, and within budget, while managing risks, client relationships, and continuous improvement. What you'll need You'll have a B.Tech, B.Sc, or B.Eng in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering, paired with a recognised Project Management qualification. You should be registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer with ECSA, and bring 10-12 years' relevant experience within heavy engineering, mining, oil and gas, or mineral processing. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with computer literacy and flexibility to travel and work extended hours when needed.
