We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact Enterprise Data, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance and Cloud initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager who can bring together business, data, technology, cloud, security, governance and external vendors to deliver critical transformation programmes from planning through to successful go-live.
WHAT YOU’LL BE LEADING
Party Master / Master Data Implementation
- Lead implementation of Party/Customer Master data solutions.
- Manage data migration, data quality, deduplication, matching and survivorship activities.
- Coordinate source-system integrations and complex technical dependencies.
- Drive SIT, UAT, business sign-off, cutover and go-live.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations throughout delivery.
Metadata & Reference Data Platform
- Lead implementation of metadata and reference data management platforms.
- Coordinate data catalogue and governance framework implementation.
- Drive integration across governance, catalogue, cloud and data platforms.
- Coordinate AWS, security, InfoSec and technology dependencies.
- Lead onboarding, training, change management and transition into BAU.
PROJECT GOVERNANCE & DELIVERY
You’ll be responsible for maintaining:
- Integrated project plans and schedules
- RAID and decision logs
- Steering Committee packs and executive reporting
- Stakeholder and communication plans
- UAT, cutover and go-live plans
- Project closure and lessons learned
- Operational handover documentation
RequirementsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years’ Project Management experience
- Proven delivery of enterprise data management or MDM initiatives
- Strong understanding of MDM, data governance, metadata, reference data, data migration and data quality
- Experience managing complex technology programmes with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions, preferably AWS
- Strong vendor and third-party management experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and executive reporting skills
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies
ADVANTAGEOUS
Experience in:
- Financial Services / Asset Management
- Party, Customer or Client Master implementations
- Enterprise Data Transformation
- Data Catalogue & Governance platforms
- AWS data and governance services
- DAMA/CDMP or similar data management frameworks
