About the position
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a high-impact initiative within the financial services sector. This project focuses specifically on credit card and consumer credit solutions and requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of a critical financial services project, from initiation to close.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate across departments to align priorities and drive outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and manage issues proactively.
- Communicate project status through clear reporting and governance forums.
- Champion delivery excellence in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
What You Bring
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in complex environments.
- Experience in financial services projects—credit card or consumer credit delivery strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Effective problem-solving and risk management abilities.
- Experience working within banks or financial institutions is highly desirable.
