About the position
My client based in Cape Town (North) is currently looking for a Project Manager to join them on an independent contract basis

Successful Program/Project delivery w.r.t.
- Time

- Risks
- Good stakeholder management (including communication & relationship building)
- Program alignment to business strategy
- Deal with requests proactively
- Flexible to client needs/requests
- Manage program & project dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
- Ensure viability of project, budget provided and expected delivery date
- Incorporate BTM as per the program requirement
- Relevant health checks conducted & recommended actions taken
- Business Case continuously updated & aligned with delivery
- Coaching & Mentoring (where applicable)
- Adhere to Project Management Governance Principles
- Adhere to PM Methodology and Processes
- Accurate reporting according to standards (to steercoms, monthly progress reports & weekly dashboards for PMO)
- Attendance & participation in PMO and Portfolio meetings & events
- Documented and shared Lessons Learnt
- Benefits Realisation Plan included in program closure
