About the position
We are seeking two Intermediate Project Managers to join the bank's Group Technology environment. These roles will sit within the PMO and be deployed across various initiatives, working closely with Technical Product Owners (TPOs).
The focus is on delivering data-driven and banking-related projects, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, structured delivery capability, and the ability to operate in a hybrid Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of projects across data, technology, and banking domains
Plan, execute, and control project scope, timelines, costs, and quality (PM Triangle)
Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and executive levels
Work closely with PMO and TPOs to ensure alignment to delivery objectives
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective delivery in Agile / hybrid environments
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Provide regular reporting, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders and governance forums
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements
Minimum Requirements
± 8 years total experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager
Proven experience delivering technology or data-related projects
Strong understanding of:
Project management fundamentals (PMBOK, PRINCE2, etc.)
Scope, time, cost management (PM Triangle)
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively
Experience working in structured PMO environments
Preferred Experience
Exposure to Data Warehousing / Data / Analytics projects
Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments
Understanding of banking data and systems landscapes
Agile delivery experience within enterprise environments
Certifications
PRINCE2 / PMBOK (or equivalent)
Agile certifications such as:
PRINCE2 Agile Foundation / Practitioner
AgilePM
Scrum (advantageous)
