About the Role
Our Client is seeking a dedicated Project Management Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. As the Project Management Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and key stakeholders and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Administration, Administration and Support, Office Administration, Governance & Compliance
• Assist the Project Manager in project planning and coordination
• Generate reports and maintain project documentation
• Coordinate project schedules and track project milestones
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills required
- The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in project management tools are also required.
- Technical proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, Jira, etc.
- AI assisted reporting, documentation and scheduling experience
