Job Description:
This role involves ensuring the integrity of financial information, leading key financial initiatives, and improving operational processes to support the organisation's goals.
Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing billing processes, financial analysis, and performance reporting to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Delivering financial insights that influence business direction and support executive decisions.
- Streamlining financial systems and strengthening internal controls to increase productivity and reduce risk.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide financial support that enhances business operations.
- Identifying and executing opportunities for cost reduction and improved financial performance.
- Assisting with quality assurance procedures to ensure data reliability and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
- BCom degree in finance.
- 3 years’ experience in project management/ team management.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communicator with solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
