About the position
An International Client in the Mining Machine Production industry has a position available for a Project Engineer with a mechanical background and mining industry experience.
Understanding and experience:
- Heavy engineering, 2D drafting, materials handling, modelling and scheduling.
- You will design, plan, organise, and oversee the assembly, design, and maintenance of mechanical installations.
Experience and Education:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree (BEng or higher)
- Experience working in a Project Environment
- Mining Industry Experience (plant and equipment layouts, run-of-mine screening/crushing/sizing)
- SolidWorks & AutoCAD experience is essential
Preference will be given to Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Please note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
