About the position

  • Develop work breakdown structures and detailed schedules.
  • Align project timelines with scope and budget (including financial tracking and reporting).
  • Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and perform variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to ensure deliverables are on track.
  • Integrate vendor schedules and manage resource capacity planning.
  • Handle project documentation, including Confluence dashboards and JIRA boards.
  • Generate POs on SAP, manage invoices via Ariba, and track budget performance (burn rate, forecast, actuals).
  • Assist with JIRA/Tempo access, queries, and reporting.
