What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
You will be a Project Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting Project Managers in project planning, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring timely project delivery. You'll also oversee resource management, including updating crew movements and ensuring contractors have valid training certificates.

Your attention to detail will shine as you manage logistics for project personnel, from travel arrangements to medical coverage, and track equipment inspection documentation. With your financial acumen, you'll handle daily timesheets, cost tracking, and technician invoicing, contributing to the overall success of projects. You'll love this role, as your performance will never go un-noticed or be unappreciated.

Where you'll be doing it
You'll be based at the head office in Cape Town, within an organisation that operates across Africa and specialises in asset integrity management and maintenance optimisation solutions across sectors such as oil and gas, renewable energy, maritime, and infrastructure

What you'll need
You'll need a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. A background in project management or administration is preferred, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools are advantageous. Additionally, candidates with a relevant degree or certification and prior experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
