About the position

Manage the financial aspects of the projects and co-ordinate with the Project Manager, Franchisee and Suppliers

• Establish Project Finance and documents are in place
• Process project orders with suitable suppliers timeously
• Produce accurate and timeous project finance progress schedules for use to the project manager and the franchisee
• Process documents for suppliers payments
• Prepare project recons before store opening
• Ensure correct dispatching of stock to Franchisees / Outlets
• Prepare project recons before store opening
• Prepare project handover file - for franchisee with the necessary documents
• Adhere to the Financial Policies of the Company
• Establishing that all relevant project documents are signed and approved by the franchisee and the project manager
• Establishing the project budget and processing project PO's in accordance with the costing
• Ensuring Suppliers paid within set terms and conditions
• Ensuring that deliveries are done as per the CPA
• Communicate the project finance progress to the franchisee, suppliers and the project manager
• Project financials finalized within 30 days of delivery date to Franchisee

Education and Experience

Grade 12

• Advanced Excel experience
• Sage X3 and Workflow Purchase Order Module experience necessary
• Previous working experience on projects advantageous
• Preferably two years working experience in a finance department
