Project Co-Ordinator (Contract)

About the position

Our client, a well-established organisation within the Financial Services sector, is seeking an experienced Project Co-Ordinator on a contract basis to support strategic Digital initiatives.

• Support the Project Manager from initiation through to project completion on the Sales Portal and Self-Service enhancements projects
• Coordinate project activities across the full project lifecycle
• Monitor and track project progress, milestones, risks and dependencies
• Maintain and update project documentation and governance artefacts
• Assist with resource planning and allocation tracking
• Support budget tracking and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with project governance and SDLC requirements
• Engage and coordinate stakeholders within the Digital environment
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies where required (Scrum/Kanban)
• Maintain project tools, including JIRA, Confluence and PPO
• Prepare structured status reports and delivery updates
• Ensure alignment between project plans, timelines and deliverables
