They’re currently seeking a highly skilled Project Civil Specialist to play a critical role in driving strategic civil infrastructure projects across their operations in the Africa Zone.

What You’ll Do:
As a Project Civil Specialist, you’ll:
· Define and drive strategic civil build direction across major facilities
· Lead project development from concept (FEL0) to execution (FEL3), including scoping, costing, and detailed design
· Ensure all builds comply with local, state, and national construction laws, codes, and regulations
· Champion green engineering practices and incorporate sustainable materials where feasible
· Review and modernise existing structures to enhance plant safety, reliability, and maintenance
· Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring alignment to timelines, quality, and budgets
Provide civil inputs for technical reviews and support supplier adjudication processes

RequirementsWhat You Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or related field)
· 8–10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in FMCG/beverages preferred
· Proven success in large-scale civil builds exceeding $10 million
· In-depth knowledge of construction law, permitting, building codes, and green engineering methods
· Proficiency with project management methodologies (PMBOK, etc.)
· Strong stakeholder management and design review capabilities
