About the position

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Projects Team, ensuring that project documentation, scheduling, and compliance processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 1-2 years in office coordination, project support, or administrative role within a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Performance Areas:

  • General administrative support to project team, including managing documentation and records
  • Maintain and update project-related registers and records
  • Assist with reporting on project progress and activities
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes for all project-related discussions
  • Assist with monitoring project timelines and coordinating materials and equipment
  • Support time and attendance tracking and generate related reports
  • Organize and archive project media and documentation
  • Assist with the coordination of team calendars, meetings, and deadlines
  • Update project tracking systems as required
