Salary: From R35K to R65K based on qualifications, skills & experience.

Job Description

• Manage project planning and ensure the team meets financial targets.

• Lead the design process from early concepts to final construction.

• Audit team Revit models to maintain high drawing quality standards.

• Run site coordination meetings and write clear project letters.

• Work closely with consultants and help them perform well.

• Handle important contract duties like payment certificates and claims.

• Build friendly relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

 
What You Need to Apply

• A Degree or National Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology.

• Active registration with SACAP as a Professional.

• Between seven and twelve years of relevant architectural experience.

• Strong skills in authoring and managing complex Revit models.

• Previous experience running large projects and leading a small team.

• Excellent written communication skills for writing project emails and letters.

• Good positive attitude, willingness to learn & being a team player.
