About the position
Hire Resolve's client, a well-established and forward-thinking architectural firm known for delivering innovative commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, is currently seeking a Project Lead (PrArch) to join their dynamic team in Cape Town.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professionally registered architect with a passion for design excellence and strong project delivery skills to step into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion
- Oversee and coordinate project teams, consultants, and contractors
- Liaise directly with clients and ensure brief and design objectives are met
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to design development, technical detailing, and documentation
- Ensure quality assurance and consistency across all project phases
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
Requirements- Registered Professional Architect (PrArch) with SACAP
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-registration experience
- Proven ability to lead projects independently
- Strong design, technical, and project management capabilities
- Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (AutoCAD an advantage)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in commercial or mixed-use developments advantageous
