About the position
DBN000111 – PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR – DURBAN WEST
Purpose of the Job:
To coordinate external & internal resources, ensuring that projects remain within schedule, scope and budget.
Required Qualifications:
- Project Management related Diploma/Degree
- 1-3 years relevant experience within a project management or similar environment and/or industry.
- Strong organising and planning skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Together with project teams, create and schedule project plans.
- Organize both external and internal resources.
- Give team members responsibilities and duties, and keep an eye on available resources.
- Monitor & track the project and act as a liaison between the contractor teams and the client.
- Creating and maintaining documentation
- Facilitate procurement, stock control and logistic
- General administrative tasks
Behavioural Competencies:
- Detail orientated.
- Great communication skills
- Sound knowledge of project cycle
- First class organizing & planning skills
