About the position
Project Account Manager serves as a bridge between the client and the internal project team, ensuring that projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget while meeting the client's expectations.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or B Tech in Mining
- PMP/ Prince II Certification
- Proven project management experience within mining operations and /or mining technology
- Proficiency in using online project management software - ZOHO Projects or similar
- Willingness to travel (local and Sub-Sahara Africa) as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
Key Performance Areas:
- Administrative and document management support for projects
- Customer account management and technical support services
- Monitor integration of client feedback into project execution and service enhancements
- Coordinate and track asset and resource allocations
- Monitor and assess project milestones and operational efficiencies
- Project risk identification and mitigation
- Monitor contractual compliance according to customer agreements
- Oversee and monitor project budget and project expenses
- Tender and solution quotation support
