Adept at driving transformation through strong stakeholder engagement, agile delivery practices, and strategic vendor management. Proven ability to align business objectives with technology roadmaps to deliver sustainable value and operational efficiency. Highly skilled in risk management, governance, and reporting across large-scale, multi-stream programmes.
