About the position
Our client in the Training and Facilitation Industry is seeking a Programme Manager.
Someone with similar or necessary skills.
Key Skills:
End-to-End Programme Delivery
- Oversee full lifecycle of programme execution:
o Scheduling
o Resource allocation
o Facilitator deployment
o Delivery logistics (in-person & digital)
o Ensure seamless coordination between Clients, Facilitators Internal operations teams
o Maintain delivery timelines and standards across all programmes - Facilitator Leadership & Excellence
- Lead, coach, and develop facilitators
- Ensure facilitators:
o Deliver consistently high-quality sessions
o Create immersive, engaging learning experiences
o Drive behavioural change beyond the classroom - Conduct facilitator evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build a scalable facilitator network (full-time + freelance)
- Learner Experience & Impact
- Own the end-to-end learner journey
- Ensure learners:
- Are fully engaged and immersed
- Experience meaningful, human-centric learning
- Apply learning in real-world contexts
- Monitor feedback, assessments, and outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement based on insights
- Operational Systems & Efficiency
- Design and optimise operational processes for
- Programme delivery
- LMS integration
- Assessment and reporting workflows
- Ensure scalability and efficiency without loss of quality
- Implement systems for tracking delivery performance
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure programmes meet
- Internal DYNA standards
- SETA / QCTO requirements
- Oversee moderation readiness and assessment integrity
- Maintain audit-ready processes and documentation
