In this role, you won't just manage tasks; you will lead the strategy, planning, and optimization of an entire portfolio to ensure every project delivers maximum business value.



The Challenge

As a Portfolio Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of projects and programs. Your mission is to ensure that every initiative within your portfolio is directed and controlled to meet Companies strategic objectives-on time, on budget, and within scope.



Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Execution & Governance

• Plan and prioritize the project portfolio to align with three-year business plans.
• Ensure all projects adhere strictly to project governance standards and internal frameworks.
• Manage financial information and budgets to ensure optimal ROI across the portfolio.

2. Stakeholder & Client Centricity

• Capture and sign off client needs accurately to ensure best-practice service delivery.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and maintain a client-centric culture.
• Negotiate and communicate deviations to project plans timeously and effectively.

3. Operational Excellence & Resource Management

• Identify resource inefficiencies and drive optimization through multi-skilling.
• Conduct rigorous capacity management across all project streams.
• Address capacity gaps to ensure seamless delivery and high performance.

4. Leadership & Culture

• Contribute to a culture of transformation by participating in Companies CSI and strategy initiatives.
• Lead by example, embracing the companies vision and values.
• Actively work to improve culture survey results and foster personal and professional growth.
