Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programmes aligned with organizational strategy.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
- Establish governance frameworks and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and benefits.
- Mentor and support project managers and teams to achieve excellence.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in programme or project management (7+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile).
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks effectively.
- Relevant degree and professional certifications (MSP, PMP, pr PgMP)
