About the position
The SAP Programme Manager will lead the upgrade of the client’s SAP ECC6 system to SAP S/4HANA (RISE Private Cloud), along with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, GRC, Ariba etc. The role requires managing complex programme delivery across multiple SAP domains, ensuring strategic alignment, milestone delivery, and cross-functional team coordination within a large-scale transformation.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience in a Programme Manager role overseeing SAP implementation projects.
- Successfully delivered at least Six (6) full-cycle SAP implementation projects
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including direct supervision of Project Managers and related technical/functional resources.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, project governance, stakeholder engagement, and programme-level reporting.
Experience Skill:
- Experience working across multiple SAP modules and functional domains (e.g., Finance, Logistics, HR).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in risk management, budget tracking, and milestone delivery within large-scale transformation programmes.
Certification:
- Certification in SAP Activate methodology.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Mandatory:
- Must have led a team of Project Managers on SAP programmes.
- Must have a minimum of Six (6) years of experience as a Programme Manager.
- Must have successfully delivered six (6) SAP projects.
- Must be certified with SAP Activate.
- Must be certified in Project Management.
