About the position

DEVELOPMENT FINANCE PROGRAMME MANAGER
12-Month Contract



A strategic project leadership opportunity is available for an experienced professional with a background in development finance, project finance, programme management, investment management, or economic development initiatives.



The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale projects from planning through execution, monitoring performance, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and reporting.



Minimum Requirements

• Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Project Management or related field
  
  
• 5+ years' experience managing complex projects or programmes
  
  
• Experience managing project budgets, financial reporting, risk, and stakeholder relationships
  
  
• Strong analytical, reporting, and project governance skills
  
  
• Experience within development finance, investment management, economic development, infrastructure, grants, or public sector programmes will be advantageous
