About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to join a leading financial services organisation delivering customer-centric products within a complex partner ecosystem.
This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic product initiatives and enabling capabilities across business, operations, technology, legal, compliance, finance, and external delivery partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business strategy into executable delivery plans while ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams.
This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Programme Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Business Analyst who has progressed into delivery leadership and enjoys working within dynamic, cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated programme and delivery roadmaps.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent business, operational, and technology initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of new products and supporting capabilities.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and solution alignment sessions.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable business and technology deliverables.
- Coordinate development, systems integration, testing, and business readiness activities.
- Manage programme governance, RAID logs, executive reporting, and steering committee updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers.
- Influence delivery outcomes across multiple teams without direct line management responsibility.
- Apply Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies to support successful execution.
Required Experience
- 8-10+ years' experience delivering complex business and technology programmes or projects.
- Proven experience delivering New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
- Strong Programme and Project Management capability.
- Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering and process analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into executable delivery plans.
- Experience facilitating workshops and driving stakeholder alignment.
- Exposure to technology delivery, systems integration, and implementation projects.
- Experience working with outsourced vendors and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong governance, planning, and executive reporting skills.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Highly Desirable
- Experience within Insurance, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to customer-facing product implementation programmes.
- Experience working within complex partner or ecosystem-led delivery models.
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe, AgilePM, etc.) will be advantageous.

Candidates with experience leading cross-functional product implementation initiatives within Financial Services, Insurance, or other complex environments will be highly regarded.
