About the position
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Programme Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programmes across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and programme management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP programmes across multiple business units.
- Define programme scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and third-party vendors.
- Define programme scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop and manage programme plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify and manage programme risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor and report on programme progress to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with organizational standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contributions to the programme.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven experience 5+ years in programme or project management.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP project/programme management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
