About the position
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Programme Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programmes across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and programme management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP programmes across multiple business units.
- Define programme scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and third-party vendors.
- Define programme scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop and manage programme plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify and manage programme risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor and report on programme progress to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with organizational standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contributions to the programme.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven experience 5+ years in programme or project management.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP project/programme management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
