About the position
Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a Built Environment such as Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying. If you don't hear back from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
Must have a Certificate for Development & Planning for Labour Intensive Construction Projects (NQF 7) from an accredited Training Service Provider.
Must be registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Project Manager or a Professional Construction Project Manager.
Must have 5 - 10 years of project management experience as a Consultant (Engineering, QS or Architecture) and/or Construction Management Environment.
Must have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle.
Must have experience in strategic (pre) planning, risk management, or change management, and budget and cost control.
Must have detailed knowledge of Local & National Government processes and procedures for Project Planning and Implementation.
Must have knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Compliance Processes and Procedures.
Must have knowledge of Environmental Compliance Processes and Procedures.
Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
