About the position
Our client is seeking a professional, skilled, and adaptable Professional Officer to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis (3 months). This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-level strategic and operational functions, supporting business process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and policy development across the BIEP branch.
You'll be working in a fast-paced and energetic environment, where your ability to work independently, manage professional relationships, and produce high-quality documentation will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate professional communication with a broad range of stakeholders
- Organise and support logistics for meetings and events, including attendance at various sites on an ad-hoc basis
- Conduct thorough research and consultation to support strategic planning and business development
- Develop and manage documents, including reports, policies, SOPs, strategies, and business plans
- Lead and support business improvement and process flow initiatives
- Manage stakeholder relationships with professionalism and diplomacy
- Minimum Requirements
Qualification: - A relevant National Diploma
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a professional or strategic support role
- Core Competencies & Skills:
- Advanced computer and technology capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to work independently and deliver under minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in business process mapping and strategic documentation is highly advantageous
