This is not a sales role and not a recruitment consultant position. The focus is on interviewing, validation, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Interviewing & Engagement
- Conduct professional Zoom interviews with candidates across varying seniority levels
- Engage confidently with junior staff, management, and senior executives
- Establish rapport while maintaining interview structure and control
- Clearly explain the process and next steps
- CV Review & Accuracy Verification
- Review CVs line-by-line with candidates during interviews
- Clarify employment history, titles, and gaps
- Ensure qualifications and training are correctly captured
- Prepare CVs to be accurate and client-ready
- Salary & CTC Verification
- Accurately establish a candidate's true Cost to Company (CTC)
- Break down salary components (basic, benefits, allowances)
- Clearly separate guaranteed earnings from commission or bonuses
- Professionally challenge inconsistencies and confirm final figures
- Document all salary discussions clearly
Remuneration
- Base Salary: R14,000 - R15,500 per month (experience dependent)
- Monthly Incentives: R1,500 - R3,000 on average (performance-based)
