? BEng/BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering
? PrEng or PrTech Eng registration with ECSA (or in the final stages of registration)
? 8–12 years’ experience in civil engineering design and project management
? Proven experience in municipal infrastructure (roads, water, sewer, and stormwater)
? Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Civil 3D, AutoCAD)
? Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
